What goes into your Training & Career Plan? Working on in-house projects in a “job shadow” capacity can widen your capabilities. Both in-house and outside training are also often parts of the plan. Webinars are popular, and formal training courses coupled with conferences have long been learning opportunities. Certifications are available in almost every technical field, and SHN has a long tradition of supporting employees who obtain and maintain their certifications and/or professional registrations.
